Confusing voice commands when using a screen reader with the Access Plan UI
Reproduction Steps
- Begin to create or edit an access plan for a course
- Start at "Plan Title" and continue tabbing past the "Visibility" dropdown until you get to the "Visual" tab of the "Plan Description" TinyMCE editor
Expected Behavior
An introduction that you have entered the Plan Description part of the Access Plan UI
Actual Behavior
Just "Visual button" voice command with no context as to what that is for, even when you get to the textarea part

I tried a few methods of having the plan description area announce something, but nothing seemed to be working. aria-describedby seems like it would be a fit here, however there isn't an element that's tab-able before you get to the tinymce editor. Perhaps making the "?" be tabbable might help, if it isn't redundant with the descriptions already happening when you go into inputs like the plan title?
