Make first contribution easier with Docker and updated documentation

I wanted to make my first contribution and I found it a bit cumbersome, as I did not have NPM installed locally, neither I wanted to.

I thought having docker files to launch it in just a command could make things easier.

I also took care of adding a .devcontainer file, for VSCode users.

Let me know what you think, if I missed something or if I can improve something else ☺️

(disclaimer: I work for Docker but I swear I would have done the same before, it just made my life easier for years)
