Translate docs to Russian

By doing so buffalo can better cover ru speaking audience. I'm ready to handle it by translating whole docs.

@orderbynull I just started the Spanish translation and the recommendation from @stanislas-m was to submit each page on its own branch/PR. We have a Russian team member and I'd love to see Russian documentation!
