I noticed a bug on https://beaconcha.in/dashboard under the 'Validators' tab. My yet to be activated validator has this against it: "Last attestation: 1 year ago" - which is wrong. It has never attested. Looks like the default/fallback text is 1 year ago instead of "Never".
