How to configure error messages / screen for password policy

Describe your question/ I added the Password Policy to the "default-password-change" flow.

1. I don´t know how to configure some message about the password rules on the password change screen.
2. When i violate the policy and click on change the i come to the screen in the screenshot section

Can anyone help me with this issue? What do i need to configure to hava a helping (error) message for the users and don´t come to this broken screen?
