Allow application details to always be shown

Instead of being hidden behind a 'More details' dropdown, it would be nice if we had the option to always show the description bound to applications.

Either way, right now the application cards are very wide and most of that horizontal space is empty. So even if this isn't a good idea, maybe they should at least either place the application name next to the icon horizontally, or make the cards thinner.
