Error in german translation for "Outposts" (link in sidebar and header)

Describe the bug In the left sidebar, the label for "Outposts" just displays "n" in the german translation.

The issue also appears on the header of the Outposts overview page (https://authentik.example.com/if/admin/#/outpost/outposts) and the title bar:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to authentik as admin
2. Switch language to german
3. Open admin interface
4. See error

Expected behavior According to the translation (https://www.transifex.com/beryjuorg/authentik/translate/#de/web-src-locales-en-po--master/335312144) there should be "Outposts" instead of just "n".
