X.509 users auth

Hello! We want using authentic for our customers workflow but i didnt find how we can enable x509 certificate base auth for users, like in keycloak: https://www.keycloak.org/docs/16.0/server_admin/#_x509

@xom4ek Have a look at the thread I started, this has been discussed but there are currently a number of issues that need to be addressed before this becomes a reality.
