I found the real issue behind this, these Click to change value fields are unable to edit, the new value is not contained in the PATCH request.
I'll investigate the code.
I think these are two separate issues; @Tealk there can be cases where the resize doesn't happen correctly, however in @hax0r31337's case it looks like a bug with our input field

I can also reproduce the resize error with this config below, but by switching off Interactive, the captcha can be displayed correctly.

The workaround to my issue is to delete and recreate the captcha stage, I was busy on setting up the OIDC for my project and forgot about it.
That's right, I don't understand why it works with a newly created captcha stage, but I'm happy that it does. Thank you very much.
