Custom translation for user-defined prompts

Add localization for user-defined prompts and strings such as flow titles or static prompts.

As suggested in discord, this could be done by allowing upload of custom translation files.

I'm also interested in this. Specifically translating dropdown menu choices.

Seems this works only for single language. Also I want to save itemID in attributes like a, o instead of user visible text.

Basically there should be something like

return {'a': 'Apple', 'o': 'Orange'}

And then separate UI where we translate these Apple/Orange text to for languages.

Also needing to rebuild Docker images to change/add this stuff would be PITA.
