website: migrate docs to new structure

This PR is for migrating the docs to the new structure

• [x] The migratefile is in good shape and creates the proper dirs and moves the files

• [x] The netlify.toml file is correctly written to for redirects, as part of migration

• [x] Internal links have been corrected by the script as part of migration

• [ ] The sidebar.js is completed and works. NOTE: the sidebar.js file complete but it will require much more tweaking I am sure and I get an error on the closing syntax of it

• [x] The documentation has been updated

• [x] The documentation has been formatted (make website)
