Unable to link discord from settings
Describe the bug When trying to link your discord-account from the settings-page the flow will succeed but your account won't be linked
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Setup federation with discord
- Enroll an account with discord (yes, this will work btw.)
- Unlink discord in settings
- Link discord in settings
- Observe no discord account being linked
Expected behavior Discord account being linked. Showing a connection by displaying the "disconnect" button. Also being able to log in with discord afterwards.

- authentik version: 2024.4.2
- Deployment: docker-compose
Additional context There is a thread about this issue in the authentik discord from 02.06.2024
Note that when enrolling the account is linked succesfully. Also note the change in paths from the events-comparsion above.

Seems like the issue was introduced in version 2024.4.2
