[WIP] Update the FAQ

A lot of people have been asking the same questions over and over on forums and elsewhere. Updating the FAQ to cover their questions (and other questions).

Just updated the PR. Not yet finished but getting there. I'll squash all the commits before this is pulled. Among other things:

  • Some info is missing or (probably) incorrect.
  • I'd like to rearrange the info a bit. I'm trying to put the most basic and most asked (in my observations) questions up top, with the more advanced stuff at the bottom.
  • I need to go back through the forum and collect some info from topics I typically don't read about but are important to some people. This is more of a long-term project, though.
