Customizable Macro Icons

Plugin Description

I would love it if we could get more custom options for the User Macro's page, similar to how QoLBar handles their macros where you can just import from their library and use that as an icon (namely so I can customize cooking macros etc, I dont really want to make an extra Qolbar/tpie for that stuff)

So I can just have it look neater instead of the games ugly native icon selection. Not sure how feasible or possible this is.

Adding on to this - I would like it to be improved upon this window: Make it you so can add items/icons to use with manually or have an icon browser similar to what QoLBar has.

And adding onto the new Extended Macroicon tweak that got released, maybe make it so the /micon command also works on the name bar not only inside the macro: So you could just /micon "w.e icon here" instead of just the name.
