Plugin Description

Starting off with that I am aware the client doesnt know that info until the timers > estate window is even opened

A plugin fetching that data and counting down from THAT moment on would be neat, maybe just a tweak even. Or letting people enter a timer themselves since its always 35? or some days till the notice even goes out.
