- Tracks n hours of Eorzea time, defaulting to 48 hours, i.e 2h20m real time
- Does some kind of in-universe notification to take a break
- maybe a linkshell sound and a dialogue box from one of the scions reminds you to rest

I've been playing stardew valley recently, there's a Weekly Break Reminder mod, one week in stardew valley being roughly 2 hours of game time, and it's been really extremely helpful

ideas from discord: name: Nappingway notice: linkshell sound (configurable) and duty dialogue box from relevant NPC per-expansion (quest progression based) messages:
- pre scions arr could be the Mothercrystal
- post scions arr could be Tataru or Minfilia
- HW could be edmont or tataru
- stb could be lyse, hien or yugiri
- shb could be the exarch if in norvrandt, tataru if in eorzea
- for endwalker, if pre bestways, a message from ???
- post bestways, a message from Nappingway, "Urianger asked me to make sure you get plenty of rest!" or something similar
- post endwalker, random scion?
- dawntrail+?
- configurable override for NPC to make the call, e.g shb y'shtola, and pre-written responses for common NPCs
I was pointed to https://github.com/chirpxiv/SelfCare, this does the job functionally, adding another option via code was fairly straightforward. I'll see if it's difficult at all to get a SE client duty dialogue box instead of an ImGui notice.
