duty complete/wipe count counter

Plugin Description

in runescape you have a counter that will add one to itself every time you complete a duty (kill counter) i think this would be cool to have so you can see how many times you have completed the duty (also a wipe counter that resets when you leave that specific instance but idk if thats possible)

i think it could be litterally as easy as having a text file or even a csv that saves the duties and then an int that just keeps track of duty completes
