Issue with keyboard navigation and text to speech

What did you do?
I am not able to access other parts of the settings section. I can only access teh first section which has game location, file check and so on. There is no way to get to the other sections using only a keyboard. I also use text to speech, as I am fully blind. Some buttons does not have a label, which means that the text to speech only reads them as "button" I there for have no idea what they do.

@DomoMKT the issue is that my screen reader, which I need to use to navigate the UI is unable to read parts of the UI. This is not something I can fix. I already have text to speech, as it\s pre/installed on every OS
