What did you do?

TL;DR Having the same program listed twice in Auto-Launch results in one of the entries being removed if any changes are attempted on either of them after the fact, even if they have different command line parameters.

I use a small program called QRes to change monitor refresh rates before and after playing FFXIV. The program uses command line arguments to do so, so there is one entry to change it on launch, and a second to change it again on game close.

Both entries can be added without issue, and will happily co-exist and work as long as you don't need to change either of them. Clicking on an entry and then clicking the OK button will immediately remove the other entry. Exiting the box via the close button works as expected.
