What did you do?

i am trying to reinstall ffxiv, because i am getting constant 17 crashes.

i go to XIVlaucnher to reinstall. verify that it is set to my second internal SSD that has plenty of space (90ish GB required, with 170GB left on the disk)

when i go to patch, it errors and states i only have 4 GB left on the disk, which is my C drive, and NOT the drive i am telling it to install to.

Change the Patches path to an empty directory on your larger drive.

This is a directory XIVLauncher uses to temporarily download the patch files to before they are applied to the game files.
