[Flatpak] FF14 fails to launch when a monitor is unplugged

I have two monitors, one 4k @ 60hz and one 1440p @ 120hz. While I was troubleshooting this I decided to unplug my 60hz monitor and try again. If that monitor is unplugged, the XIV launcher shows up but when it logs in it just freezes at a black screen. I rebooted my PC after keeping the 60 hertz monitor unplugged and the game would launch again.
