Enable heatmap export

It would be nice if the user could export the heatmaps (hexagons with classification). Therefore we have to consider that we are not allowed to provide all information in the export file.

Backend logic is finish for this.

I think in the existing version we should not invest too much time to integrate the export. This should be solved on a more general level for all layers.
