GOAT-Accounts: Check role assignment when a project is shared with the same user via multiple teams with varying access

A project shared with the same user via one or more teams and/or their organization should only see the project once in the projects view, while also automatically receiving the highest possible access role. This also needs to consider project ownership and sharing should not impact access roles for project owners.
