Add written tutorial on Public Transport Analysis

Goal of this issue

The goal is to add a new tutorial on how to use the new Public Transport Analysis in GOAT. This will be more or less the written counterpart to https://github.com/goat-community/goat/issues/1578.

The planning question to answer could be: "How good is the public transport offer at a specific location?"

Steps:

1. open GOAT Munich
2. switch on Public transport background map
3. Activate "ÖV Güteklassen" and look at it for different days (e.g. Tuesday vs. Saturday) and different times of the day (e.g. morning vs. afternoon)
4. Switch on the average count of departures and click on some of the pie charts to get the details.
5. We could say that, in addition, isochrones can be calculated >> insert a link here to the isochrone tutorial.
