Update video tutorials

Goal of this issue

The goal of this issue is to update and upload all video tutorials to our Vimeo. One important hint: In Vimeo, existing videos can be replaced. Thus, for the German videos, we can simply replace them. For the English videos, we need to upload them as new items (+ equip them with short description, etc.).

I divided the task in some sub-tasks:
