Was needed for the servicekonto which is now gone, so we can use something more secure

This pr is more of a base to discuss if/how this should be implemented

We need to create forms with a ckeditor dynamically, having a callback would be quite handy to get the editor instance once it was created. I'm also happy to discuss...
