Hi, I appreciate the PR, but could you clarify exactly why this PR is useful to the majority of users? What is a EventWorker and Locker? This seems like a change that might be more reasonable to implement in your own code instead.

Hello，Can this pull request can be merged？ I really need this function.Because I need multi bot instance with same bot token in different servers.Each server has a bot instance.Can different APIEndpoint will help with this ?
