offset auto-refresh

I hope this PR can solve #156 issue.

The thing is that we can refresh offset to zero (like bot starts with) in case bot has not received any updates for a week. So we can add a "timer", that can be reseted with any update or can trigger offset refreshing. I guess that 6*24 hours is enough to decide to refresh the offset.

Is this the best strategy for resolving this issue? I'd love to get more feedback from others on #156.
