more infomation v0.19.0 => ok v0.21.0 => v0.21.2 => not so good

@tommyannguyen what data provider are you using? There's a bug in the geo processing for non mvt_postgis providers as mentioned in the notes of this release: https://github.com/go-spatial/tegola/releases/tag/v0.21.0. Please review that note and let me know if it's relevant to your situation.
