Polygon rendering issue. Not sure how to describe [screenshots]
Tile ZXY: /4/14/6
The first screenshot shows a broken tile. At first glance, it looks like a winding order issue but if you look at the second screenshot the area that is a cutout shows a feature when hovered. When the inspector encounters a cutout no feature information should be displayed.
The following data is the entire planet which is used at zoom 4. This is Natural Earth data, which has already been simplified (no simplification happening in tegola)
