Configurable default style(s)

Could we add in a way to configure the default styles which are available with a fresco deployment? Currently, the default style is hardcoded via: https://github.com/go-spatial/fresco/blob/master/src/model/style/starterStyle.js.

Ideally, we could configure multiple default styles.
