Remove bookmark doesn't seem to remove bookmark from database

Step to reproduce:

  • Open a random site, fe google.com
  • Bookmark with Shiori
  • Remove bookmark
  • Go to Shiori Management http://127.0.0.1:8080
  • Bookmark isn't deleted
