Add gopy version to generated header

I installed gopy and wasn't sure which version I have. I was not sure what I use since release was not tagged in github -> latest was 0.4.8, but latest tag is 0.4.10.

Add support for: gopy version

Generated files should/could include versison like mockey for example: image
