Add gitea webhook support

For people who use gitea as git server.

Considering the popularity of gitea vs. gogs could we have some movement on this? The test fails because of a Travis problem as far as I can tell. A rebase should address this.

Thanks for this. I also use Gitea and would really like it incorporated for this project https://github.com/naiba/nocd/blob/master/repository.go

Any reason why this PR was abandoned ?
