获取accessToken的回调函数中，增加appId

不知道如何提交pull request，在这直接说了。 在公众号和小程序，获取accessToken的回调函数，增加一个appId参数， 如果有多个公众号或小程序需要更新accessToken时，需要在回调中区分。
