Expose more metrics from zipper part

I recently updated carbonapi from 0.10.0.1 to 0.12.6

After the update, all carbon.api.{fqdn}.zipper metrics show 0 for their value. This was working before in 0.10.0.1

The metrics for carbon.api.{fqdn}. all look to have correct values. I'm currently troubleshooting some intermittent backend connectivity problems and having the zipper error metrics are really helpful.

So I've tried to fix all current zipper metrics, however I'll leave the issue open as I might want to add more metrics and in general rethink the approach how I propagate the metrics from different components (currently it's unfortunately not optimal)
