`OutPath` `OutFile` 和 `ModelPkgPath` 到底应该如何定义？

这三个参数一开始没有依赖关系，全部从PWD开始计算。然后中间某个版本OutFile变成了OutPath 进行计算；现在似乎又变成了 OutPath 作为基本路径，OutFile和ModelPkgPath要从OutPath开始计算？
