This was workaround by https://github.com/go-enry/go-license-detector/pull/23/commits/a7c9e28533cfa9cb094edaa4b619ac5499f86a50 but it seems worth to keep this open as actually fixing the CI on win from the comment in description seems to be quite an easy task.

And all the previous release artefacts did include binaries for multiple platforms.
