To use 'go install' in addition to '@latest' when installing gobdd.

Note, I'm not looking to cause problems or annoyance, just noticed that this didn't work w/the latest versions of go which do away with 'go get', thus the update.

Since this was purely a change to the Readme.md, I did not follow all the steps in the code of conduct as I did think they were superfluous in this context (though, I did read it :) ).

If any maintainers feel different I'm happy to do the required yak shaving.
