SYSTEM LOG -> DHCP LEASES on traditional build has TUF theme

On the new build [3004.388.6_0-gnuton1, the traditional Merlin build shows the TUF theme in error on screen SYSTEM LOG -> DHCP LEASES.

As a suggestion to reduce work and complexity, it is suggested to @gnuton that it may be a benefit to only produce the Merlin formatted GUI or the TUF GUI but not both.
