theming does not allow to disable text movement while clicking a button

Could you please explain what you mean by 'text movement'? I really don't understand how anything I see under this topic would be related to themes.

Clicking on buttons makes the text move 'down-right', theme must be able to prevent that behaviour and just show a fixed text when clicking.
