Duplicate ssh connection in new window (split right or down)

When I create use split right or down, the ssh session in the current terminal is not replicated. I have to run ssh command again.

How can I resolve this?

You cannot do this. Splitting creates a new terminal, it does not (re)launch the process running in the terminal it was split from.
