Verify nonce error detection for other nodes.

Currently the nonce error detection here is very specific to OpenEthereum nodes, we should verify that it also works on other nodes.

Note that for now this is not a high priority case since it shouldn't cause issues, just a noisier alert channel if we connect to a different node implementation.
