Price Update and Fee Warning/Tier

Description If the percentage of the fee is close to the different tiers 10/20/30% it can happen that a price update in creases this amount and reaches the next tier.

How to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to cowswap
2. Chose a token pair and enter values where the fees are close to 10/20/30% of the swap amount
3. Tick confirm box
4. click swap
5. Wait in the confirm swap modal for a price update that moves the fee above the prior tier.

Expected behaviour The user should have to tick the fee confirmation again with the new fee tier again
