Incorrect validation when enter invalid token list source location

1. Open a token list
2. Press on the 'Manage token lists' button
3. Fill in a token list source. As an example, https://www.gemini.com/uniswap/manifest.json
4. Delete the last letter from the source address (https://www.gemini.com/uniswap/manifest.jso )
