Disabling window borders does not work

Open Massimo-B opened this issue 9 months ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug Deactivating the setting Global->Appearance->[ ] Window borders does not hide window borders on Xfce.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Disable the setting [ ] Window borders. Start a new instance.

Expected behavior Window borders should be hidden.

Screenshots

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS or Linux Distribution: Gentoo
  • Version: 2.1.4
  • Display Manager xfwm-4.20
  • Display Technology: X11

Additional context I have a grid layout with very thin separator sizes of "1". Maximizing a window always hides the window borders, but scaling the window shows the borders again. Sometimes I need to tile on the left haft of the screen while having another window right. Then the big borders are annoying.

Probably stray terminator keeping your old config. Closing this, please reopen if the problem re-occurs
