feat(gnodev): native package loader
Deprecate -resolver flags in favor of the latest native package loader of gnovm.
Adds a new -load flag to gnodev with three loading modes to give users control over package loading behavior:
- auto (default): Pre-loads only the current workspace/package. If running from the examples folder, falls back to lazy loading.
- lazy: Loads packages on-demand as they're accessed via queries or transactions.
- full: Pre-loads all discovered packages upfront.
