feat(p/uassert): Add AbortsContains, PanicsContains functions (partial matching support)

Description

The existing AbortsWithMessage and PanicsWithMessage functions only allowed exact message matching, but partial matching functionality has been added as separate functions for improved test convenience and flexibility.

Changes

• Added AbortsContains, PanicsContains functions
  • Enable assertions with substring matching for abort/panic messages
