Thunderbolt No Drivers Loaded - Dell TB16

I'm trying to use this with a Dell TB16 over Thunderbolt.

Displayport out works fine and I'm driving a 3440x1440p display at 120Hz excellently while carging, however I'm not getting USB, Ethernet or Audio from the dock.

Looking under system report, under Thunderbolt it says "Thunderbolt: No drivers are loaded. "

Note that this is after having rebooted with the dock plugged in.

Any ideas?

Booting into Windows then Restarting makes the dock work, but Thunderbolt still says it doesn't load drivers. Very strange. Also no hot-plug of course.
