[Feature] Send notifications when speed/ping below set thresholds

Hi,

Thanks for the great tool! It would be great to have an ability to have notifications triggered by speed/ping being below set thresholds.

My use case: I use MySpeed to monitor the speed of my VPN connection. If the speed is low (say below 400 Mbit/s down) for a significant amount of time (say more than a day), I go ahead and connect to a different (less loaded) VPN server.

+1 this is the one thing I am really missing coming from speedtest tracker. almost enough to where I would want to go back to it....
